I’m Kaitlyn, a holistic birth doula. I specialize in advocacy, VBACs, and physiologic hospital births. Birthwork is my deepest calling and brings me so much joy.

My current mission is to support women and their partners through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with education that empowers.

I am a certified birth doula, breastfeeding specialist, and childbirth educator who loves to support pregnant women and their partners while they navigate pregnancy and birth in their own way.

I teach values and evidence-based decision-making to help parents feel confident in the way they bring their baby earthside.

I am known for being pretty crunchy and clients have said that they can count on me to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, calm, yet a fierce patient advocate.

When I’m not reading birth stories or meeting with families, you can catch me thrift shopping, going on adventures with my husband and sons, reading a book, or rewatching The Office for the ten millionth time.
