Birth Doula Package

A woman giving birth in a hospital room with an excited expression, and her husband is leaning over her, witnessing the birth of a newborn baby, surrounded by warm lighting.

I love working with families who:

  • are eager, active participants in their pregnancy journey and wish to connect with their birthing experience.

  • believe in the power of a woman’s body and view birth as a normal process.

  • have mindfully chosen a care provider who recognizes that decisions around birth are in the parent’s hands.

  • take personal responsibility for their choices.

  • want to grow and learn through our meetings.

If this sounds like you, I can’t wait to chat more!

Scholarships

For every client served, a portion is contributed to a scholarship fund, which provides accessible doula services to underserved individuals and families who might otherwise face barriers to care.

The Bradley Method

The Bradley Method is a 12-week childbirth education approach built on a simple idea: when families understand how birth works, they can move through it with confidence and clarity.

WHY CHOOSE THE BRADLEY METHOD:

  • Comprehensive, all-in-one preparation covering pregnancy, nutrition, labor, birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding that builds throughout the third trimester

  • Focus on gaining a deep understanding of how birth works so families can work with the body, not against it

  • Partners are trained to be actively involved as effective, confident labor support because birth is not something a mother goes through alone

  • Develop real, hands-on support skills and practice relaxation techniques, so families can approach labor and birth feeling capable and calm

A couple is snuggled close together and holding a newborn baby, who is still attached to the umbilical cord, immediately after birth in a hospital setting.

This is more than education. It’s a different way to approach birth!

“Hiring you was one of the best decisions I made for my birth experience. You gave me so much confidence. The support you gave us before and during labor was amazing.”

— Joanna
